At MyTv Mount Now, we stand behind our work. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for service refunds, cancellations, and adjustments.

Service Cancellation

Cancellations by Customer:

  • 48 hours or more before appointment: Full refund or free reschedule
  • Less than 48 hours before appointment: 50% cancellation fee applies
  • No-show (no cancellation notice): 100% charge applies

Cancellations by MyTv Mount Now:

If MyTv Mount Now must cancel an appointment due to weather, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, we will reschedule at no additional charge or provide a full refund at your option.

Service Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our installation workmanship. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our installation within 7 days of completion:

  • We will attempt to correct the issue at no additional charge
  • If we cannot resolve the issue, a refund of installation fees applies
  • This guarantee covers our workmanship only, not equipment or third-party services

Equipment Issues

MyTv Mount Now does not warrant third-party equipment or provide refunds for issues related to:

  • Defective or malfunctioning devices
  • Compatibility issues with your equipment
  • Software or subscription-related problems
  • Internet connectivity issues

For equipment issues, contact the device manufacturer. We can help troubleshoot but do not warrant third-party equipment.

Partial Service Completion

If a service cannot be completed due to circumstances within your control (e.g., blocked access, missing equipment, wall conditions not disclosed):

  • Charges will be pro-rated based on work completed
  • You will be notified of additional costs before proceeding
  • Service can be rescheduled to complete the work

Modification to Services

If you request changes to your booked service:

  • Changes can be made up to 48 hours before the appointment
  • Significant upgrades may incur additional charges
  • Downgrades will be refunded accordingly

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to book the service.
